C.J. Moore of Kaiser Permanente announced: It is with pleasure that I inform you that your grant application to Kaiser Permanente has been approved in the amount of $5,000. It is our sincere hope that this amount will allow you to proceed with services at our Briargate Senior Health Center.
El Pomar Foundation has provided General Operating support that facilitated 6 months of services to low income Seniors at Colorado Springs Senior Center.
Kenneth King Foundation has rovided support for us to expand our program along the front range.
Aspen to Parachute Dental Health Alliance provided facilitation, a collaborative effort and financial support to bring our program to their region for a week of care at Skilled Nursing Homes and local Senior Centers within Aspen, Glenwood Springs and Rifle.
Colorado Springs Senior Center provided ongoing support of staff and facility to access the vulnerable elderly population. With funding received to provide the care, we have a continual monthly date at their location set.
ProBono Legal Services provided organizational guidance and foundation for setting records and policies in place for replication and expansion of Senior Mobile Dental nationally.
Sam's Club will always be remembered as our first community service supporter. Their generous donation provided services to nursing home residents, who had no financial means for preventive dental hygiene care.
St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and its parishioners donated their tithings
in 2 separate occasions to support our program activities and the senior population.
Colorado Compassion Initiative: JVA Consulting facilitated capacity building technical assistance for 2 funding cycles. The training and knowledge gained through the professional expertise of JVA Consulting and it's staff is endless. This is a capacity building grant, and we received valuable information and training in building our non-profit organization to its fullest potential.
Anna Keesling Ackerman Fund provided a grant to support our program activities and the frail elderly within long term care facilities whose barrier to professional care is the difficulty they faced in transporting out of their residence.
Anschutz Family Foundation funded a grant to provide the older adult population with no financial means for preventive oral hygiene care. This funding allowed us to schedule clinic days at the Colorado Springs Senior Center and provide care for the seniors who came there.
